A Career Dedicated to Protecting People, Organizations, and Communities
A Life Dedicated to Service
For me, leadership has never been defined by a job title, it has always been defined by a commitment to serving others.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside business owners, families, community organizations, and public agencies during some of life’s most challenging moments. Whether helping someone recover after a natural disaster, supporting a business through uncertainty, or volunteering within my community, I have always believed that leadership begins with compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
Building Relationships That Last
I believe every successful partnership begins with trust. For more than three decades, I have built lasting relationships by listening first, understanding each organization’s unique challenges, and providing thoughtful guidance based on practical experience rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.
My philosophy is simple: every organization deserves an advisor who is genuinely invested in its long-term success, not just its immediate needs.
Serving Beyond My Profession
Community service has always been an important part of my life.
As Captain of a specialized dive team with the Solano County Sheriff’s Office, I served alongside law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency response professionals during search, recovery, and public safety operations. Those experiences reinforced the importance of teamwork, preparation, disciplined decision-making, and remaining calm under pressure when others depend on your leadership.
I have also volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician, providing medical support during community events and public service activities. Working alongside first responders and healthcare professionals strengthened my appreciation for service, collaboration, and the responsibility that comes with helping others during difficult circumstances.
A Passion for Teaching
One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been helping others learn.
Whether speaking with executive leaders, mentoring business owners, educating community groups, or sharing practical insights through writing and presentations, I enjoy taking complex topics and making them practical, understandable, and actionable. I believe knowledge becomes truly valuable when it is shared and applied.
Life Beyond the Office
Outside of my professional career, I remain committed to serving my community through volunteerism, education, mentorship, and leadership. I enjoy building meaningful relationships, encouraging others, and finding opportunities to make a positive difference wherever I can.
For me, success has never been measured solely by professional accomplishments. It has always been measured by the people I’ve been able to help, the relationships I’ve built, and the opportunity to leave organizations, businesses, and communities stronger than I found them.
